What do you think would be an example of taking a Juvenile into custody and holding them without a warrant? In Georgia the law must have a warrant in order to hold a juvenile for any offense they may have done. Does your 48 hr hold apply to your Department of Children Services for the safety of a child or am I just confused and your are saying that this applies to the law as well?Good Post,Millie Evans

What I like about this post is it will introduce us to different sentencing options we have for juvenile offenders. We also need to go over Miranda and the juvenile.So list some of the alternative sentencing that you think we can give to juveniles.
