Followers and followership is a valued element for all nurses to embrace. Students will conduct presentation on the concepts of followership, in the context of the develop of professional practice and leadership in psychiatric nursing.
Students are required to demonstrate, preparation, organization and use of relevant resources. This does not need to be a transcript of your spoken word but must demonstrate that you have thoughtfully prepared and considered your response in a critical manner. One manner may be to organize your response in a list of topics with brief notes of what you plan to speak to. References are required to be submitted.
